Gifts for girlfriend in prague? (czech republic)?

I'm on business in Prague, and I want to get something for my lady. I know scarves are very popular, but I still don't know what to get her...besides our anniversary is coming up within a month and I want to get her something else as well, possibly a necklace. Please give advice on a fashion gift of some sort and something for anniversary?
