Chest pains but no cough. Could it be bronchitis?

I have this weird feeling in the middle of my chest. Its sort of like a 'tight' feeling. Also it hurts when I bretahe in real hard or laugh a lot. But Im not coughing or wheezing. Is it bronchitis?
