I don't know what to do!HELP PLEASE!?

Okay, so I have alot of friends, at least that's what thought. I hang out with this one girl named kadence and my other friend lilly doesn't like her, so I just figured out that Kadence lives right near me where as lilly lives like a while away so me and kadence walk home together and stuff and hang out and this is the only 2nd day i've been hanging out w/ her then I might sleep over w/ her 2morrow with another friend named hilary, lilly wasn't invited because she hates Kadenceand Lilly keeps being way dramatic and won't even sit by us when Kadence is there, then I think Hilary told lilly that i was sleeping over at kadence' s house(Hilary, I don't think she's a true friend or not bcuz every boy i like i think she tells them that I like them which is really rude & she like spreads rumors and stuff) but, Kadence wants to be lilly's friend but lilly is just being so rude and kadence doesn't have that many good friends just because she comes off as weird to everybody else since she just moved here and stuff, soo.. yeah and If i give up being lilly's friend then i won't have many friends left (including the boy i REALLY like) because Lilly will just be really rude, and yeah. she says that i am cancelling on her 2 times in a row hanging out but I'm soo not. I have basketball 2morrow anyways so i wouldn't be home til like 5 then I'm going to hang out w/ Hilary and Kadence. Should I drop lilly as a friend what about hillary? I'm scared of losing alot of friends and stuff she also has a really nice and sweet bf that she doesn't even deserve since she swears alot and stuff how do i get lilly's boyfriend to see her true colors and/ or win him over? Bttw there's ABSOLUTELY no way I'm dropping Kadence as a friend. & I wasn't trying 2 sound rude or anything. sry this is long.
