I have a sore throat and want it to go in at least 1 2 days its not really painfull but a little bit?

ive tried hot salt and water which worked lockets is working iboprofeun ain't working do you think it will be better to have Lemsip Drink instead of taking iboprofeun or Paracetamol if you have more ideas please state much appreciated
