Has anyone ever used the plastic disposable table cloths like Party City sells?

I'm decorating for a theatre banquet and wondered if those are reliable and whether they look bad... I'm wanting to use the black so I thought that might not look too cheap :) especially after I add centerpieces and party favors. Thanks for your help!
