Need help with a sounds card?

i got this comptuer with nothing on it not even an operating system at this auction. then i got this xp version that don't have any drivers and i wnat to listen to music, there is no sound cause a driver is missing. can anyone help me to find a free download or anything to help me. i need to get my wifi working on this laptop too. thanks
