Miscarried 5 weeks ago - could i be pregnant again?

I miscarried for the 3rd time 5 weeks ago today. I have longed so much for a child and still feel the desperation. After the miscarriage i had keyhole surgery to remove endometriosis and started taking pre natal vitamins. Two weeks later me and partner began trying again. Now my are al ittle tender and my are darker in colour and i am feeling sick. I know the body works in a funny way and it could just be me wanting it so much. I am a little afraid of doing a test because i was just coming up to 6 weeks when i miscarried last time. What are my chances that i am pregnant or is it wishful thinking. I would be grateful for people sharing their experiences with me.
