I have H.S.C certificate in Bangladesh, Dhaka Board. How can I get it?

I have H.S.C certificate in Bangladesh Dhaka Board. I used to reside in outside, Middle East. Due to hurries, coming to Bangladesh I couldn't withdraw my certificate. Can anyone tell me where is the location of Dhaka Board and what is the procedure of withdraw.
