How to improve my 2 mile time and a training routine for it?

I am an avid runner who runs 4.2 miles everyday with 15 min of interval training squeezed in those 4.2 miles this will be my first year of track ever mybest 3k time is 11:30 i think I lt will be a little shorter once track starts but yea I plan on doing the 2 mile and want to attend state. What would be a good weekley routine and schedual to decrease my 2 mile time? Also what do you predict my 2 mile is now just going of my 3k data? I'm 5'5 113 PDA and a sophmore in hs. Thanks! :)
